Daisyheart
37 Moons
Tom
SandClan
Warrior
Appearance
Daisyheart is a light ginger tabby with thick fur, pale stripes and almost-white paws. His eyes are an almost-goldenrod dark amber, and his nose is a pale tawny color. He has large ears and long legs, and his muzzle is very slowly greying. He is large and heavy, and his tail is large and wounded. His pelt is thick and battle-scarred.
Personality
Daisyheart is heavily opinionated and even biased. He is a strong believer that he knows right from wrong and is basically single-minded. He is very critical of others and overall faithful to his morals. He is quiet and calm, but not quite anti-social; he is a sympathetic listener. He is a hopeless romantic flirt to everyone; to the mollies moreso, but doesn't mind the occasional nice-looking tom. Daisyheart is rather unpredictable in battle, and so can be rather careless and irresponsible. He is courageous and protective, although stern and over-determined. He is secretive but wise and selfless. He is alert and friendly, but when he does speak he is typically sarcastic and humorous.
Skills
Although he enjoys fighting over any other job or activity, Daisyheart has no ability in any one skill over the other. He's best with prediction and scents but poor with planning and technique. He is not too fast or agile and typically clumsy. His high stamina and sturdiness are very impressive, but for the most part has poor memory. He earned his Warrior name Moons after his siblings did. He knows how to swim but is not particularly great at it.
History
Daisykit was born with his brothers Rosekit and Marigoldkit. Their mother did not want the kits because they were not from a wanted pregnancy, and who the father is remains unknown to this day. They were adopted by an older Queen in the nursery, who had lost the litter she had recently given birth to and was about to retire. She watched as Daisykit played many games with his brothers. They would pretend to be from Rival Clans, and play games about the old stories of what SandClan once was. They earned their apprentice -paw names, and Daisypaw was a difficult student. He wanted things to go his way, and would act lazy when they did things he did not want to do. Aside from those problems, he also had poor memory and often broke the Warrior Code. He got scents of prey and Clans mixed up all the time! Because he was lacking, his brothers earned their Warrior names Rosewhisker and Marigoldpelt three moons before he became Daisyheart. After his lesson from his apprentice days, he made a request to his Clan Leader that he not be given an apprentice anytime soon for worry of poor judgement and bad teaching. He has been in almost every battle that SandClan has seen since he became a Warrior, and has earned many scars. He lost his brother Rosewhisker in a battle against MarshClan, the same battle where his tail was heavily wounded. In the harsh Leaf-bare, which every Clan agreed hit SandClan the worst, he lost Marigoldpelt.
He spent that chilly season helping to catch prey and find herbs for his Clan. He even grew a liking to the young apprentice Bluepaw, whom he grieved over after the young cat was lost to the blizzard. SandClan lost many cats, including the Clan Leader Beetlestar. After the snow thawed, he helped his Clan to return to and rebuild their beloved home. He volunteered to stay behind during the first Gathering since the end of the season, to help the weaker cats recover.
Roleplay
From a long day patrolling, Daisyheart barely hears what another cat has said to him. He turns his head to the other Warrior, whose eyes are wide and head tilted slightly, as if in question. "Hmm? Oh, um..." he is quickly distracted by a molly walking out from her den, and his posture becomes more upright and strong to show off. The cat who had asked him the question begins to sound irritated, and asks him the question again, followed by a half-insult and a mocking snort. "Uh, yes, okay." he turns his head over to him. "Yeah, that's fine," although there's an almost sarcastic edge to his answer, insulted by the other cat's harsh tone.
