Appearance: Minkflower is a light tawny-colored cat with a few stripes on her back and on her legs. She has a white muzzle, and two white front paws. Her eyes are a light green, radiating with life. The deputy has a very short tail.
Personality: Minknose is almost always happy. It's hard to break her spirit, and she has high opinions on her Clan. She is laid-back, and hardly ever pushes any cat. However, she is strong, one of the best trackers in the Clan. The deputy is not afraid to put any cat on apprentice duties if they are caught lounging about.
History:
Kithood: Minkkit was always energetic. Even though she had no siblings, she always had something to do, whether it was playing with the apprentices or listening to elders' stories, or settling down for a nap. Listening to her mother, Dawncloud, was easy. Often, she would pester the apprentices to teach her their battle moves, or the hunting crouch, or really anything she could think of. Often enough the answer was "You're too little to learn battle moves, but you can learn the hunter's crouch." Her apprentice ceremony was right on time.
Apprenticeship: Minkpaw got the hard-butt mentor of Snakeclaw as her mentor. Often, the two would fight, usually ending when Minkpaw would disappear in tears and mope around until Snakeclaw apologized and forced her to come train. Eventaully, Minkpaw called for a truce, and after that the two got along fairly well. Both promised not to use offensive words or tones, and Minkpaw learned fairly quickly. At the end of her apprenticeship, she was given an assessment, and she was told to hunt. She ended up catching only two small pieces of prey, but she did find a fox den using her excellent sense of smell. Her warrior ceremony was not late.
Warriorship: Minknose sat vigil on her first night of being a warrior, and thought hard about what her Clan needed. The following days, Minknose was her best. She caught prey without being sent on patrol, and was even given an apprentice at her 20th moon. This apprentice she trained hard, and for 6 grueling moons she trained the apprentice Ashpaw. He was constantly arguing with her, and eventually she called for a truce, just like when she was an apprentice. Training the apprentice was easy after that, and he became the warrior Ashstorm. By that time she was 32 moons. She helped track down foxes and badgers, and was a good hunter. At her 39th moon, the SandClan leader died, leaving Cherrystar in their place. Cherrystar appointed Minknose deputy.
