This has seemed to be pretty common game in all the places where I've lived, but here are the rules anyway:
-Objective: make some sort of a story
-There is no planned plot
-just write whatever you want
-only add one sentence to the story per post
-please no double posting
-there is no right or wrong way to do this
-have fun

Person A: Once upon a time there was a man who liked to eat potatoes.
Person B: The man's name was Tom.
Person C: One day Tom was eating potatoes when he found a zebra with purple stripes.
Person D: He named the zebra Fred.

I'll start us out:
Thick snow poured from the clouds as a lone person walked through an ally behind the local Starbucks.
