Generator Backstories

Graniteray - The cat was born made of rocks. One day, the cat shot a death laser from its eyes. Said laser destroyed an entire Twoleg Thunderpath and multiple Monsters. Another one came with bright lights and annoying sounds but Granitepaw was given a name in honor of this beautiful day.

Mushroomsnake - The mother was on Drugs when she named the kit. The Medicine Cat was also on Drugs. His mentor was on Drugs. The Leader was on Drugs. Everyone was on Drugs. I'm not entirely sure what was going on with this Clan.

Dunesight - Clan camp, Clan camp, this is Alpha base, we have sighted a Dune, I repeat, we have sighted a Dune, no you do not have permission to name one of your future kits Dunekit to be Dunesight as a joke, Ma'am, uh, I mean, don't get mad, you're the Leader, you can do what you want. Over.

Runningsnow - During Leaf-bare, a bunch of Twoleg Kits were playing around and then they built some construction out of three mounds of Snow with a black belly and stick arms. The Queen who used to be a Kittypet said they must have the power to make Snow come to life because the thing was moving around and they were "Singing" about Frost and Jolly Souls. And then it ran away. Without legs.

Nipcurve- they got nipped by someone when they curving the other way, their jerk of leader renamed them Nipcurve because they thought it was funny
Landcreek- they discovered the first ever land creek and the leader was thrilled and renamed them Landcreek in honor of their discovery
Liverburn- an elder went into the medicine cat complaining about sharp burning sensation in the area where the liver is, months later the poor elder is now known as Liverburn for their constant burning pain of their liver.

Petalcheek - Her cheek is made of petals.

Stripehair. What better way to tell people you are, in fact, a tabby.
Twigspark. Fun fact, cavemen did not invent fire. Twigspark's mother did.
Iguanacloak. Born an iguana, raised a cloak. Or something.
Underbee. Insert your Bee Movie joke of choice here.

Wartthorn - Poor cat had a little lump on his leg and got called Wartkit. The leader though this was so hilarious he went with Wartthorn, just to make it even more ridiculous.

Pricksmoke - No comment.

Prettystrike - Prettykit was the most BEUTIFULL kit EVUR so her mom named her prettykit for her AMZAING PINK SPARLKY PELT. She wAs the BEst at EVERYTHING, but she was super good at fighting, she killed FIVE BADGERS when she was three days old so she got named for her awsom skillz.

Acornbite - Oakpaw was pretty average until one day, the spirit of an acorn came to him and told him he was the chosen one. His power was to control acorns. So he made them bite anyone he didn't like, haha.

Maplewink - Mapleshade in an alternate timeline, where she was named for being the sexiest cat in the world.

Splitcluster - ...I can't come up with anything witty for this, but Splitcluster.

Nailbolt - Cyborg kitties.

Bluecrag - Bluepelt was so annoying and awful the leader wanted to exile her, but instead he decided to give her a warning by renaming her Bluecrap. Unfortunately, he misspoke.

Wetgazer - He was born in the rain. That was his mom's reasoning anyway. He also really liked looking at his reflection in the water. A lot.

Starweed - The infamous Starstar and Weedweed merged into one horrible amalgamation.

Blistervine - She was born in Blistering heat. She was also Tarzancat.

Sunserpent - A dragon. Literally a dragon.

Tulipbrain - And this, children, is why we don't use this suffix for intelligence. Because it's awful.

Sugarwhisper - tbh i'm not entirely sure how the clan knows about sugar but anyway the cat was named. for whispering all the time.

Glowpebble - she haz GLOWY POWERZ and obvs -pebble menz SMALL ok??? SHEESH

Mirage-eyes - dis kitteh haz speshul rainbo eyz dat hav powerz!!!!! u c in2 dem n c mirages and iluzinz!

Cougarkill - Feathertail, is that you?

Mushroomscar - he got a scar... from a mushroom... so realistic and unique

Echohide - this cat hides from echos yeah that makes sense

Marshwound- one this cat was in a battle in a marsh and tragically wounded
Bitetoe- has a bad habit of biting the toes of any cat they meet.

Horsechin - this cat has an unfortunately long face and an even more unfortunately horrible mother.
Rushlump - called "Lushrump" by her mate, this cat is both lazy and neurotic at the same time.
Bushytalon - hairy hairy claws
Densebark - this cat isn't very bright, and believes himself to be a dog
Flowerflame - has a history of arson

Jumpscent - this cat jumps whenever they smell something
Mendstep - if this cat trods on your wounds, they miraculously heal
Knobbyrabbit - Cat with knobby knees whose father was a rabbit

Fieldfoot - his paws are field-colored. Which is... um... some kind of color?

Emberbeam - she was traditional until her leader got high and decided to name her after a Twoleg object.

Groundheart - he loves the ground and is loyal to it alone.

Cinderhowl - she was named Cinderkit, but when she became a warrior, she started howling at the moon.

Brindlejay - THE SHIPS

Mulchpine - his Clan is on Drugs.

Boulderstare - he likes to stare at boulders.

Sedgerabbit - WindClan.

Mintwhiskers - AAAHHHHH SO CLOSE WHY PLURAL. anyway, her whiskers are made of mint.

Herringnose - no sin found here.

Broadbriar - His shoulders are broad and he looks like a briar.

Quackdeath - a duck quacked at him and then he died.

Goosestream - YES.

Mintfinch - She's minty and likes finches.

Spikespine - yup I'm stopping now.

Scrapehind - A young warrior whined so much about scraping their rear the leader gave them a (temporary) name change as punishment.

Bottomwhisper - The medicine cat got high and thought he heard whispers from this cat's ass. The leader believed him.

Meltingfoot - Poor kitty stepped in lava.

Floatthroat - An actual Buizel in a clan.

Straightskin - Although this cat had gay internal organs, their skin was mysteriously not even a little bit gay.

Purplemud - The cat was born at night, and they looked purplish in the dark. They also loved mud. So much. I know it's stupid you try explaining Purplemud.

Nippedbush - They...nipped...a bush. Or something.

Reekdance - This cat can't dance without farting incessantly. Unfortunately, the clan holds regular dance parties.

Playfulcrane - They were named for being a playful kit, which is a super unique and distinctive trait! They were white, so -crane was the leader's attempt at remedying their horrible name. It didn't work.

Gorgenook - They fell in a nook in a gorge haha yeah that's totally why I find this name funny.

Nosewalker - Nostril legs. Nostril. Legs.

Proudhowl- an actual wolf in the clan, it likes to show it's pride in it's clan by howling. This why the clan doesn't sleep.
Wavecrown- this cat has a crown made of waves, I know for fact that this cat will win the Iron Throne.
Scentgazer- This cat has special powers, it can see the scent of whatever it's smelling.
Plumecroak- someone help this poor fellow, their choking on a plume
Jumpingriver- they can jump over many rivers, enemies shiver in fear as Jumpingriver jumps over the largest river ever know.

Swimmingdot - it's a dot that swims hurrah i am creative
Dustwater - dust got into da water and den kit named after water
Legweb - the kits legs got tied up in webs one day
Tundratree - they live in tundra and they actually found a tree once and the kit was born under it
Joynoise - i believe this does not require an explanation of any kind
Nicewink - wink wonk nice paws ya fine piece of tail
