S'mores
57 Moons
Tom
Outsider
Kittypet
Appearance
S'mores is a beautiful, thick-pelted brown ragamuffin. He has a white underbelly, paws, throat and muzzle. He has a dark brown nose and large ears. His beautiful yellow eyes are almost chartreuse and he has a rather large body. His legs, forehead and tail are a darker shade of brown, and he has pale brown cheeks.
Personality
S'mores is the most quiet, calm, and lovable kittypet there is. This fluffy kitty is timid but not necessarily shy, except to newcomers! He isn't too intelligent and can act cowardly at many times. He has no interest in romance or kits, but is very friendly and gentle. He's healthy and optimistic for his old age, but can be soft and careless, even clumsy at times. He is lazy and overdependent but loyal and sweet. S'mores can be quite the curious kitty, this can get him into trouble quite often!
Skills
S'mores lacks intelligence for the most part, but he's an excellent hunter. He doesn't need to eat food he catches and is quite fine with what Humans give him. He's not too bad of a fighter and a decent tracker. He can be slow and clumsy but he is big, sturdy and defensive. He has great stamina, but he cannot swim or leap too high. His physical abilities have spiraled downward with age, and he tends to limp around and not engage in activity.
History
S'mores was adopted as a kitten by an old Human couple about four years ago. They could not keep him inside often because of the rules to renting their home. He was always shy but he loved his owners and was quick to make friends. They adopted another cat, a black cat with white paws named Socks, and they did not get along well at all. Throughout many months he heard and learned stories about forest cats who live their lives without humans. This thought gave him nightmares and he became afraid of the cold and of the claws of other cats. Socks was given away to a younger Human before his moved away to a house where he could stay inside. He misses his old friends but has quickly made new ones in the new neighborhood, although he's quite annoyed by all their yappy dogs and noisy children. In the recent Winter, he has stayed inside although he played with his friends during the calmer days.
S'mores got through the Leaf-bare quite well, but he has only seen his friend Boo since then. They are both worried for the fate of their missing friends, and they continue to search the gardens.
Roleplay
The large but gentle Housecat watched carefully as the bird hopped across the yard, lowering its head to grab worms from the earth. He lunged forward, leaping as the robin began to flap its wings and fly away. He dropped the now-dead bird, disgusted that he could see worms still in its beak. "That's how you do it," he tried to yell out to his new kitten friend, but his voice was still soft, as well as shaky from the short hunt. "Watch, wait, run and jump. And don't worry if you can't get it right the first time, you're only a kitten and you've never done this before!" The tiny cat's eyes widened, probably in awe. This made S'mores look away shyly, that any cat would look to him for help. "Here, you try it," he said as the kitten ran over to him. "It's really good! There's also mice, and fish..." his young friend listened as he described the wonderful food that he has eaten before.
