Appearance: Herontail is a lilac-tabby cat, more or less on the gray-tinted side. He has gold eyes and a scar across his lower-back. Both his hind paws have white markings.
Personality: Herontail is typically a normal cat. He is loyal to his clan and would fight and die for them. Hes nothing special. His only quirks is that he prefers to hunt over patrol or fight and that he has dreams about learning how to fish, if he were to ever get the chance.
History:
Herontail was born to Ashwhisker and Sparrowpelt. He was the middle-born of two littermates. He had a sister and a brother, both were brown tabbies, like their father. His sister was named Mousekit and his brother was Shrewkit, as they were identical. Being the oddball when it came to colors, Herontail grew closer to his mother more than his siblings and father. Ashwhisker, was a white she-cat with black-tabby spots, which also made her a slight oddball.
As Herontail and his siblings grew, they found something rather interesting during a day of play...A piece of crowfood. Being inexperienced, Shrewkit commanded Heronkit to taste it. Not wanting to back down from his brother, the young Herontail obeyed. Eventually, he ended up with the medicine cat with a yowling belly.
When the three were made apprentices, they grew slightly apart. Their mentors made them hunt by themselves for at least 2 moons before they began group sessions. Competition was then key in their training, with other apprentices to battle and hunt against, the three young cats grew and learned even quicker than when they were by themselves.
Seven moons of hard training and the three, young cats were settled into the warrior's den. Shrewpaw became Shrewtail, Mousepaw to Mouseclaw and Heronpaw, of course, to Herontail.
